TILBURY SERVICE:
For Self Drive bookings, please be aware that a 100% late cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations made after midday for bookings on evening departures of the same day along with cancellations made after 14:00hrs for bookings on the following day morning departures. Weekend departures must be cancelled no later than 14:00hrs on the preceding Friday. This charge will also apply if the booked self drive vehicle does not arrive for shipment. Charges will be at the full freight rate but will not include surcharges.
HULL - EUROPOORT SERVICE:
Please be aware that set fees are in place for late cancellations and no shows for self drive bookings. Please ensure we are informed of cancellations/no shows before the cut off time for that sailing, further information on the cut off times can be found under the Hull - Europoort page.
CAIRNRYAN - LARNE SERVICE:
Prices are subject to VAT except for drivers and children.
DOVER - CALAIS / HULL - EUROPOORT DANGEROUS GOODS CLASS 7:

All goods are shipped subject to P&O Ferries Terms and Conditions.  These terms include a limitation on the amount that we will pay in the event that goods are lost or damaged whilst being shipped.  Our terms and conditions can be viewed on our website or are available upon request from our registered office.
