The Italian-built Pride of Rotterdam and Pride of Hull were the fourth generation of ferries introduced in 2001 and operate between Hull to Rotterdam. Each Hull to Rotterdam ferry has a gross tonnage of about 59,952 and was built to offer accommodation for 1,360 passengers, and 3,400 lane metres on three freight decks in addition to 1,500 metres of double-stacked freight container units and a special side-loading deck capable of carrying 250 cars.
