BOOKING FLOW HELP

Booking flow consists of 5 steps:

  • Route selection/li>
  • Goods type
  • Vehicle type
  • Passenger details
  • Confirmation & payment

Once you have paid for the booking you will receive a waybill number. Using your waybill number - you can go to the port anytime during the booking validity period - and check in.

PRICING

Freight Charge:
The price for the freight vehicle.

BAF:
Bunker Adjustment Fuel/Fuel surcharge. Reviewed every month against the cost of low sulphur fuel.

Passengers:
2 passenger is already included in the price.

Passenger Charges:
£19 and €25 per person.

If we are falling short of the standard expected of us we urge whoever to allow us feedback, we value the response of our clients in raising the issue as this communication is vital in our understanding of where to improve.

Wrongdoing is not just rudeness or impersonality, any activity that looks fraudulent or illegal is beneficial information for the security of the business and our customers.









The Whistleblowing Hotline is a mechanism to provide all our Stakeholders with the confidence and means to raise concerns regarding any wrongdoing they observe, knowing that their concerns will be dealt with effectively, confidentiality and consistently. The Whistleblowing Hotline is an integrated part of P&O Ferries' internal Whistleblowing policy and Whistleblowing - Privacy Notice available for the employees on our intranet.

The service is run by a specialized external service provider that acts as an intermediary, and which relays only the content of received messages without forwarding any metadata that could be used to identify the individual providing the information. Therefore, if you do not wish to enclose your name, the report will be completely anonymous. The hotline service can be accessed free of charge, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
