Once you have paid for the booking you will receive a waybill number. Using your waybill number - you can go to the port anytime during the booking validity period - and check in.

Freight Charge:
The price for the freight vehicle.

Bunker Adjustment Fuel/Fuel surcharge. Reviewed every month against the cost of low sulphur fuel.

2 passenger is already included in the price.

Passenger Charges:
£19 and €25 per person.

How we keep freight drivers safe and happy on our Hull - Europoort route

Safety has been our number one priority during these exceptional times but we didn’t stop there when it came to caring for our passengers. We wanted to ensure that freight drivers, had everything they needed to be comfortable on board our Hull-Europoort ships.

Drivers have been working tirelessly to transport food, medicine and other supplies that we have needed to keep our country going, so we have been working to keep them safe and provide what they’ve required in order to relax and enjoy during their well-deserved break.

On board the Pride of Hull and Pride of Rotterdam freight drivers are provided with single occupancy cabins and can enjoy a free drink in the dedicated freight lounge area - where they can watch Sky TV while enjoying their meal. We also offer complimentary cinema tickets (subject to availability – just ask at reception) where they can relax and watch a choice of films, 30 minutes free Wi-Fi and a free takeaway lunch pack to reduce their contact while on the road.

Our work for freight drivers' comfort hasn’t gone unnoticed and we are proud to have received outstanding feedback in May and June from our dedicated freight drivers’ surveys. We had a cumulative score of nearly 100 and some great comments about our friendly crew, clean cabins, and good food. As the drivers put it: ‘you’ll not find this everywhere’.

This feedback is a testament to the team at P&O Freight who speak to customers on a daily basis to understand their needs, meaning that we can always deliver the best service to you.
